Here's how we found our winners:  First we targeted 50 of the best dressers we could think of, and chased them down for recommendations of 10 to 20 people who captured the spirit of dressing creatively, thoughtfully, or impeccably.  The FB staff then whittled down those 700-plus nominees to 200, and sat down for an epic debate on why they should or shouldn't make the final cut.  The result: these 100 Bostonians, along with our reasons for choosing each just beneath their names.
